Member Story – Rhonda

My journey with Annette started early March 2018 Saturday morning reading ‘the West’ in my back garden in Narembeen. There it was an ad for Tuscan D’lish. Being a widow since 2013 I was ready for this new adventure…..food, history and travel ticked all my boxes. Why not do this ? So flicked off an email not expecting to hear anything til at least Monday…but  shortly after from Annette. “Yes  there is room and yes they can match me with someone to share”, over the next month I asked, they added an extra tour of the Amalfi , Positano with 2 other delightful ladies. May /June 2018 in Italy!

One of my best decisions EVER ….saw so much , learnt so much and made some wonderful new friends. I could rave about so much, the photos and itinerary don’t tell you of the laughter , companionship, food …and wine! Travelling in a group that is still small enough to share a long table at dinner is just perfect to me. A bit like a temporary large family being together with Annette leading the way.

I can’t wait for this covid19 to be controlled and the rescheduled Hoi An trip next year.

But maybe Tasmania or the wine food areas within Australia could be an earlier option? I sincerely hope so 🌞
